In January 2021, The People's Review Process found nearly 300 wrongful rejections of the petition signatures submitted to the Hamilton Country Election Commission. Following the April 13th Mayoral and City Council run-off election, the Hamilton Country Election Commission and the Assistant State Coordinator of Elections has agreed to review the wrongful rejection provided by the Community Control Now Coalition.
